me and will

Either I have a really small head or Will has a really large one...

three months

Will is getting stronger, smilier, and cuddlier by the day. It is so much fun to watch him grow and develop. He's been doing this funny thing where, when he's really cranky and tired, he'll cry, but when we try and make him laugh, he'll mix laughter in with his cry. He can't help but laugh. It's so cute.

mark's bday

Mark is 35, can you believe it? Luckily, I'm still a young 34 (at least for another month).
Will can already sit in the Bumbo...at least for a little while. Then his head starts to get heavy.

This is the new noise that Will's been making when he's "talking" to us.

look at that belly!

My big boy--not yet 3 months old, and already wearing 6-month clothes!

grandpa

I will so miss my dear Grandpa Hughes, shuffling into the room with a gasper, his nectar, and an endless supply of wit and stories (often inappropriate) fueled by any small amount of encouragement. He hated lies, crooks, and overcooked steak and loved hunting, whiskey, and maple bars, and I loved him.

door county

We had such a great time in Door County--the weather was a bit rough, but it didn't stop us! Will did SO great. He is such a good baby. We are so lucky.

fabric crafts

Alicia and I found Sukie iron-ons at Micheals!

I love this cute Japanese fabric.

This is one of the many fabrics that will be in the bird quilt my mom and I are making.

Some pillows.

For the pocket on this bag, I used an applique my mom had made a while ago.
